Kentucky adopts the federal OSHA rule (29 CFR 1910.151(b)) by reference through 803 KAR 2:308 under the Kentucky OSH Act (KRS Chapter 338): no fixed ratio, but absent a nearby clinic an adequately trained first-aider must be reachable within OSHA's 3-to-4-minute (high-hazard) to 15-minute (low-hazard) response window.
